Please read these terms carefully before using Super AutoHaul vehicle transport services.

General Terms
4 sectionsBy accessing or using the Super AutoHaul website (superautohaul.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current, and that you have the legal authority to authorize the transport of the vehicle listed in the order.
Super AutoHaul operates as a licensed auto transport broker. We coordinate the shipment of vehicles between customers and independent motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier and do not own or operate transport vehicles. All physical transport is performed by independent, FMCSA-registered carriers with active operating authority and cargo insurance.
Our services are available for vehicle transport within the continental United States (48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently offer transport to or from Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Services & Booking
5 sectionsQuotes provided through our website are estimates based on current market conditions, distance, vehicle type, transport type (open or enclosed), and carrier availability. All quotes include a 72-hour price lock from the time of generation. After 72 hours, a new quote may be required as market conditions may have changed. Quotes do not constitute a binding contract until an order is placed and confirmed.
An order is created when you submit your booking through our website with valid payment information. Order placement constitutes your authorization for Super AutoHaul to arrange transport of the specified vehicle. We will assign a qualified carrier based on route, vehicle type, and availability. You will be notified when a carrier is assigned.
Super AutoHaul will use commercially reasonable efforts to assign a carrier within the estimated timeframe provided at booking. Carrier assignment times vary based on route, season, and carrier availability. We do not guarantee specific carriers, drivers, or exact pick-up dates. Estimated dates are good-faith projections, not commitments.
Pick-up and delivery dates are estimates and may vary by 1–3 business days depending on weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control. The assigned carrier will coordinate directly with the pick-up and delivery contacts to confirm scheduling. Someone must be present at both pick-up and delivery to inspect the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading.
A Bill of Lading will be completed at both pick-up and delivery. This document records the vehicle’s condition at each point. It is your responsibility to carefully inspect the vehicle and ensure all pre-existing damage is accurately noted on the BOL before signing. The BOL is the primary evidence in any damage claim and failure to note damage at pick-up may affect your ability to file a claim.
Pricing & Payment
4 sectionsThe total price quoted includes carrier transport costs, Super AutoHaul’s coordination fee, and standard carrier cargo insurance. Additional charges may apply for non-running vehicles ($150 surcharge for winch-equipped trailer), inoperable vehicles requiring special equipment, or modifications to the transport after booking. There are no hidden fees—any additional charges are disclosed before they are incurred.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is charged to the credit or debit card provided at checkout via our payment processor, Stripe. Your payment allows us to assign a driver and schedule your pickup. There is no balance due at delivery. Full payment details are confirmed in your order confirmation email before transport begins.
Cancellations are honored according to our cancellation policy. If you cancel 4 or more days before your scheduled pickup, you receive a 100% refund. Refund amounts decrease as the pickup date approaches because your assigned driver has already committed time and resources to your transport. If Super AutoHaul is unable to arrange transport for your vehicle, you receive a full refund. All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review the order details, quote, and payment records and resolve the dispute promptly. The quoted price at the time of booking, as reflected in your order confirmation, is the binding price for the transport.
Customer Responsibilities
5 sectionsYou are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including vehicle details (year, make, model, condition), pick-up and delivery addresses, and contact information for both locations. Inaccurate information may result in delays, additional charges, or the carrier’s inability to complete transport.
Prior to pick-up, you must: (1) remove all personal belongings from the vehicle (carrier insurance does not cover personal items), (2) ensure the gas tank is no more than ¼ full, (3) disable any aftermarket alarms, (4) secure or remove loose exterior accessories (antennas, spoilers, running boards), (5) fold in side mirrors, and (6) provide one set of keys to the carrier. Failure to properly prepare the vehicle may result in delays or additional fees.
You or an authorized representative must be present at both pick-up and delivery to inspect the vehicle, complete the Bill of Lading, and sign all required documents. If no one is available, the carrier may charge a waiting fee, reschedule, or in some cases, place the vehicle in storage at your expense.
You may not ship any personal belongings, hazardous materials, illegal substances, firearms, ammunition, or any items prohibited by federal or state law inside the vehicle. If prohibited items are discovered, the carrier reserves the right to refuse transport or remove the items. Super AutoHaul is not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle.
You must accurately disclose whether the vehicle is running or non-running at the time of booking. A vehicle is considered non-running if it cannot start, steer, brake, or roll freely. Failure to disclose a non-running vehicle may result in the carrier being unable to load the vehicle, additional fees, or cancellation of transport.
Liability & Insurance
5 sectionsAll carriers in our network are required to maintain cargo insurance as mandated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Coverage typically ranges from $100,000 to $1,000,000 per occurrence. Super AutoHaul verifies each carrier’s insurance is active before dispatching any load. Insurance covers damage that occurs during loading, transit, and unloading.
Super AutoHaul acts as a broker and is not liable for damage, loss, or delay caused by the carrier during transport. Our liability is limited to arranging transport with qualified, insured carriers. In no event shall Super AutoHaul’s total liability exceed the amount of the coordination fee paid for the affected shipment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
If your vehicle is damaged during transport: (1) note all damage on the Bill of Lading at delivery before signing, (2) take detailed photographs immediately, (3) contact Super AutoHaul within 24 hours. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier’s insurance company. Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery per federal regulations. Failure to note damage on the BOL may affect your claim.
Neither Super AutoHaul nor the carrier shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, road closures, pandemics, strikes, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to complete transport as soon as conditions permit.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super AutoHaul, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these terms, (b) inaccurate information you provided, (c) prohibited items shipped inside the vehicle, or (d) your violation of any applicable law.
Cancellation & Modifications
4 sectionsYou may cancel your order at no charge at any time before a carrier has been assigned. Your full payment will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. To cancel, contact us by phone, email, or through your order tracking page.
Once a carrier has been assigned, cancellations are subject to our tiered refund policy: 4+ days before pickup (100% refund), 3 days (90%), 2 days (75%), 24 hours (50%), under 12 hours (no refund). These tiers reflect the driver commitment at each stage. The driver may have already turned down other jobs, bought fuel, and planned their route around your pickup. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
You may request modifications to your order (such as changing pick-up/delivery dates or addresses) at any time before pick-up. Modifications made after carrier assignment may result in additional charges if the carrier incurs extra costs. Significant route changes may require a new quote. Contact us as early as possible to modify your order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if: (a) we are unable to assign a qualified carrier within a reasonable timeframe, (b) the vehicle is materially different from what was described at booking, (c) we reasonably believe the order involves fraudulent activity, or (d) circumstances make transport unsafe or impractical. In all cases, your full payment will be refunded.
Prohibited Uses & Restrictions
3 sectionsYou may not use our website to: (a) submit false or misleading information, (b) interfere with or disrupt the website’s functionality, (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, (d) use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the website without prior written consent, (e) transmit malware or harmful code, or (f) use the website for any illegal purpose.
All content on the Super AutoHaul website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Super AutoHaul or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Super AutoHaul is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if you failed to safeguard your credentials.
SMS & Communications
7 sectionsBy providing your phone number to Super AutoHaul through any of the following methods, you expressly consent to receive automated transactional SMS text messages from Super AutoHaul at the phone number you provide: (a) entering your phone number on the Super AutoHaul website (superautohaul.com) during the quote or order process; (b) providing your phone number verbally during a phone call to our toll-free number 1(866) 378-7375, whether speaking with an AI voice agent or a human representative; (c) texting our number directly; or (d) providing your phone number through any other interaction with Super AutoHaul. Messages are sent from 1(866) 378-7375. These messages include order confirmations, carrier assignment notifications, pickup scheduling and confirmation codes, transit updates, delivery notifications, and identity verification links. Your consent is not a condition of purchase, although transactional messages are necessary for us to coordinate your vehicle transport. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
Super AutoHaul sends the following types of SMS messages: (1) Order Confirmation — sent after your booking is placed, includes order number, total price, and tracking link; (2) Pickup Scheduled — sent when a carrier is assigned with the scheduled pickup date; (3) Pickup Confirmation Code — a 6-digit security code you must provide to the driver at pickup to verify identity; (4) Driver Verification — a link for the assigned driver to complete identity verification before pickup; (5) Delivery Confirmation — sent when your vehicle has been delivered. All messages are transactional and directly related to your active order. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
You will receive approximately 3–6 text messages per order from Super AutoHaul, corresponding to key milestones in the transport process (booking, carrier assignment, pickup, and delivery). Message frequency varies based on your order status and does not exceed the transactional messages described above. You will not receive recurring marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Super AutoHaul. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Please note that opting out of transactional SMS may affect our ability to send you time-sensitive information about your active transport order, such as pickup confirmation codes and delivery notifications. You may also opt out by contacting us at support@superautohaul.com or calling 1(866) 378-7375.
For help with SMS messages, reply HELP to any message from Super AutoHaul or contact our support team at support@superautohaul.com or 1(866) 378-7375. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM CT.
SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their subsidiaries. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Super AutoHaul is not responsible for messages that are delayed or not received due to carrier network issues, device settings, or incorrect phone numbers provided at booking.
Your phone number is collected solely for the purpose of sending transactional order notifications from Super AutoHaul. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at superautohaul.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Privacy & Data
5 sectionsWe collect personal information you provide when requesting a quote or placing an order, including your name, email address, phone number, and vehicle details. We also collect usage data through cookies, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager to improve our services. If you interact with our AI voice agents, call recordings and transcripts may be stored for quality assurance and service improvement.
Your personal information is used to provide transport quotes, process orders, communicate shipment updates, verify driver identity for safety, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with carrier partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your transport order, and with service providers (Stripe for payments, Twilio for communications, ElevenLabs for AI voice services) as necessary to operate our platform.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. To request data deletion, email support@superautohaul.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your name and the email address associated with your account. You may also submit a request through our automated data deletion page at superautohaul.com/data-deletion. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your data has been deleted. Note: we may retain certain records as required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax compliance) even after deletion of your account data.
Our platform integrates with third-party services that may process your data under their own privacy policies: Google Analytics and Google Ads (website analytics and advertising), Meta/Facebook (advertising pixels), Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS and voice communications), ElevenLabs (AI voice agents), Super Dispatch (carrier loadboard), and Persona (driver identity verification). Each service operates under its own data processing terms. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze website traffic, measure advertising effectiveness, and personalize your experience. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling cookies may limit some functionality of our website but will not affect your ability to request quotes by phone.
Legal & Dispute Resolution
5 sectionsThese Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Texas. Each party shall bear its own costs. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms provided at booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and Super AutoHaul regarding your use of our services. No oral or written representations outside of these documents shall be binding.
