Yes. We ship vehicles purchased from any online marketplace including Carvana, Vroom, AutoTrader, Cars.com, CarGurus, eBay Motors, Facebook Marketplace, and private sellers. Enter the seller location as pickup and your address as delivery.
You share the pickup address and any gate codes or access instructions. We handle all scheduling with the carrier. The seller just needs to have the vehicle accessible and keys available on the pickup date.
Both work. Dealerships are familiar with carrier pickups and typically have staging areas. For private homes, the carrier picks up from the curb or driveway. We provide the driver contact info so the seller can coordinate directly if needed.
Every shipment includes a detailed Bill of Lading with condition documentation at pickup and delivery. Before/after photos are taken. Any discrepancy is documented and covered by carrier insurance ($750K-$1M) plus Super AutoHaul gap coverage up to $250K.
