Booking & Scheduling

4 articles

Booking takes less than two minutes on our website:

  1. Enter your pick-up and delivery ZIP codes
  2. Select your vehicle year, make, and model
  3. Choose open or enclosed transport
  4. Review your instant quote
  5. Confirm and pay to lock in your price

We recommend booking at least 7–10 days before your desired pick-up date for the best carrier availability.

Last-minute shipments are possible but may cost more due to limited carrier capacity.

Yes. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and drivers, since drivers plan their routes around each pickup and may travel hundreds of miles to reach you.

Refund schedule based on time before pickup:

  • 4+ days before pickup: 100% refund
  • 3 days before: 90% refund
  • 2 days before: 75% refund
  • 24 hours before: 50% refund (driver has already started driving toward you)
  • Under 12 hours: No refund (driver is already on the way)
  • After pickup: No refund

If you have a genuine emergency, contact us and we will work with you.

To get a quote and book, you will need:

  • Pick-up and delivery ZIP codes (continental US only)
  • Vehicle year, make, and model
  • Vehicle condition (running or non-running)

For non-running vehicles, a winch-equipped trailer is required, which adds a $150 surcharge.

Insurance & Protection

4 articles

Yes. Every carrier in our network is required to carry liability insurance as mandated by the FMCSA. This covers your vehicle during loading, transit, and unloading.

If any minor issues occur during transport like scratches, small dents, or cosmetic damage, we work directly with the carrier to resolve it on your behalf. You never have to chase down the carrier yourself.

For additional peace of mind, we also offer comprehensive coverage through our insurance partner, Tint. See "What is Enhanced Protection?" below for details.

We have partnered with Tint to offer you comprehensive Shipper's Interest Insurance that goes well beyond standard carrier liability.

What it covers:

  • Theft during transit
  • Physical damage (dents, scratches, cracks, body damage)
  • Windshield and glass damage
  • Unauthorized carrier protection (if someone gains access to a carrier's credentials and shows up pretending to be them)
  • Towing fees and up to 5 days of storage if your vehicle is damaged in transit

Key details:

  • Coverage up to $200,000 per vehicle (or actual cash value, whichever is less)
  • No deductible to you
  • Fast claims payment, as little as 10 days
  • Operates independently from your personal auto insurance, so filing a claim does not affect your own policy
  • Coverage begins the moment your vehicle is loaded and ends at delivery

You can add this coverage during the booking process. A Certificate of Insurance is issued for your specific shipment.

Full policy details: https://support.tint.ai/trusted-transport/policy-documentation

Standard carrier liability (included with every shipment):

  • Covers damage during loading, transit, and unloading
  • We work with the carrier directly if any minor issue occurs
  • Does NOT cover theft, unauthorized carriers, or personal items
  • Claims go through the carrier's insurance company (can take 30-90 days)

Tint Enhanced Protection (optional add-on):

  • Covers theft, all physical damage, windshield cracks, and unauthorized carrier fraud
  • No deductible to you
  • Claims paid in as little as 10 days
  • Up to $200,000 per vehicle
  • Includes towing and storage if needed
  • Does not affect your personal auto insurance
  • Certificate of Insurance issued for your shipment

We recommend Enhanced Protection for high-value vehicles, classics, exotics, or any vehicle where you want maximum peace of mind.

Neither standard carrier insurance nor Tint Enhanced Protection covers:

  • Pre-existing damage or ordinary wear and tear
  • Personal items, loose goods, or anything not permanently attached to the vehicle
  • Mechanical or electrical breakdown (unless caused by a covered event)
  • Loss of use, lost revenue, or diminished value after repair
  • Damage from extreme weather events (hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, wildfires, named storms)
  • Recreational vehicles, motorcycles, boats, or trailers (unless specifically endorsed)

Important: You must take clear, timestamped photos of your vehicle before and after transport. Failure to provide photographic documentation may result in a claim being denied.

Always document your vehicle's condition thoroughly before pickup.

Vehicle Preparation

4 articles

Before your scheduled pickup:

  1. Wash your vehicle so any existing damage is visible
  2. Remove all personal belongings and loose items
  3. Ensure the gas tank is about ¼ full
  4. Disable any aftermarket alarms
  5. Fold in side mirrors and retract antennas
  6. Secure any loose exterior parts (spoilers, running boards)
  7. Document any pre-existing damage with photos
  8. Leave one set of keys with the carrier

We strongly advise against it.

  • Carrier insurance does not cover personal belongings
  • Items left inside add weight that can affect transport legality

If you must leave items:

  • Keep them in the trunk only
  • Stay under 100 lbs total
  • Keep items out of sight

No. We transport non-running vehicles regularly.

However, a non-running vehicle requires:

  • A winch-equipped trailer for loading and unloading
  • An additional $150 surcharge

Let us know at booking so we dispatch the right equipment.

Yes. Before pickup, please:

  • Fold in all side mirrors
  • Retract or remove antennas
  • Secure any loose exterior parts (spoilers, running boards, bike racks)

This helps prevent damage from road debris and ensures your vehicle fits safely on the trailer.

Pricing & Payments

5 articles

Your quote is calculated based on real-time market data:

  • Distance between pickup and delivery
  • Vehicle size and type
  • Transport type (open vs. enclosed)
  • Current carrier market rates
  • Vehicle condition (running vs. non-running)

Our instant quote tool gives you a competitive, transparent price with no hidden fees. Every quote includes a 72-hour price lock.

No. The price you see in your quote is the price you pay.

Your quote includes:

  • Carrier transport cost
  • Insurance coverage
  • Our coordination fee

The only additional cost would be a non-running vehicle surcharge ($150), which is always disclosed upfront if applicable.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Full payment is collected at the time of booking so we can schedule a driver for your pickup right away.

Why we do it this way:

  • Your payment lets us assign a driver and lock in your route
  • Drivers plan their schedule, fuel, and route around your pickup
  • It keeps both sides committed and avoids last-minute no-shows

Changed your mind? We honor cancellations according to our cancellation policy, with a full refund available 4+ days before pickup.

When you book, we assign a real driver who starts planning their route to your location. That driver may turn down other jobs and drive hundreds of miles just to get to your vehicle.

Full payment at booking means:

  • We can schedule your driver immediately
  • The driver knows the job is confirmed and can commit
  • No surprises for either side

We want this to be fair for everyone involved. If your plans change, our cancellation policy has you covered:

  • 4+ days before pickup: 100% refund
  • 3 days before: 90% refund
  • 2 days before: 75% refund
  • 24 hours before: 50% refund
  • Under 12 hours: no refund (driver is already on the way)

If you have a genuine emergency, call us and we will work with you.

Every quote includes a 72-hour price lock.

  • Book within 72 hours and you are guaranteed that price
  • After 72 hours, market rates may have changed
  • You can always get a new quote instantly on our website

Delivery & Inspections

6 articles

Transit times depend on distance:

  • Under 500 miles: 1–3 days
  • 500–1,000 miles: 3–5 days
  • 1,000–1,500 miles: 5–7 days
  • Coast-to-coast: 7–10 days

We provide an estimated delivery window with every quote. Actual times may vary by 1–3 business days depending on weather, traffic, and other conditions.

At pickup, the following steps occur:

  1. The driver completes identity verification (CDL check, MVR pull, facial recognition)
  2. You provide your 6-digit pickup confirmation code to the driver
  3. The carrier performs a detailed inspection, noting any pre-existing damage on a Bill of Lading (BOL)
  4. You both sign the BOL
  5. Take your own photos as well for your records
  6. The carrier loads your vehicle onto the trailer
  7. You receive a tracking link via text if you added the GPS tracker

At delivery:

  1. The carrier unloads your vehicle
  2. You perform a final inspection together
  3. Compare the vehicle's condition against the BOL from pickup
  4. If everything matches, sign the delivery receipt
  5. If you notice new damage, note it on the BOL before signing

Important: Do not sign the delivery receipt without carefully inspecting your vehicle first.

Yes. During the ordering process, you can add a GPS tracker as an optional add-on.

How it works:

  1. We ship the small, magnetic tracker to you before pickup
  2. You attach it to your vehicle in seconds
  3. After pickup, you receive a text with a link to your live tracking page

The tracking page shows:

  • Real-time location on a live map
  • Vehicle speed and direction
  • Estimated arrival time
  • Automatic route updates if the driver detours, hits construction, or stops to pick up another vehicle

You are never in the dark about where your car is.

Before every single pickup, we perform a three-step verification process:

  1. CDL Verification — We confirm the driver holds a valid Commercial Driver's License
  2. MVR Pull — We review the driver's complete Motor Vehicle Record (driving history, accidents, violations, suspensions)
  3. Identity Verification — The driver scans their government ID and takes a live selfie matched with facial recognition

If a driver has accidents on their record or fails any step, they are not allowed to pick up your vehicle.

We do this before every shipment, not just at onboarding. Super AutoHaul is the only auto transport company in the United States that performs this level of verification.

After a carrier is assigned, you receive a 6-digit pickup confirmation code via text.

How to use it:

  • Give this code ONLY to the driver in person at pickup
  • The driver must provide the code to verify their identity
  • Never share this code over the phone or by text

If someone calls asking for your code, do not share it. Contact us immediately at 1(866) 378-7375. This is an anti-fraud measure to ensure only the verified, authorized driver picks up your vehicle.

Damage Claims

3 articles

If you notice damage at delivery, follow these steps immediately:

  1. Note ALL damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing — this is critical
  2. Take detailed photos of every area of damage
  3. Do not sign the delivery receipt without documenting the damage
  4. Contact us within 24 hours at 1(866) 378-7375
  5. We will guide you through the claims process

To file a claim, provide us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • A copy of the signed BOL showing the damage notation

We will connect you with the carrier's insurance company and help you through every step of the claims process.

It depends on your coverage:

With Tint Enhanced Protection: Claims can be paid in as little as 10 days. Tint handles the process directly and you deal with one point of contact.

With standard carrier insurance only: Most claims are resolved within 30–90 days, depending on the carrier's insurance company.

To speed up any claim:

  • Document damage thoroughly with timestamped photos
  • Note all damage on the BOL at delivery before signing
  • File the claim within 24 hours (7 days max for Tint)
  • Respond promptly to any follow-up requests

We stay involved throughout the process to help expedite resolution regardless of which coverage you have.

Safety & Technology

Super AutoHaul is a licensed and bonded auto transport broker, registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Our USDOT number is 4510435 and our MC number is 1785611. And here is why that matters.

Nearly every vehicle transport company in the United States is a broker. This is not an accident. It is the only model that makes economic sense for you as a customer. Here is why:

If we owned our own fleet of trucks and employed our own drivers full time, we would need to keep drivers on standby waiting for shipments. A single car carrier costs hundreds of thousands of dollars to operate. Drivers would need full-time salaries, benefits, insurance, and fuel whether they have a load or not. The chances of having a driver near your exact pickup location at the exact time you need them would be almost zero. And once they deliver your vehicle, the odds of finding another shipment on the return trip to justify the cost would be slim.

The result? Shipping your car would cost 10 to 20 times more than what we offer today.

Instead, we connect you to a nationwide network of over 180,000 vetted carriers who are already running routes across the country every single day. This is the same model that made Uber work for ride-sharing. You do not need a fleet of cars sitting in a parking lot waiting for riders. You need a platform that connects riders with drivers who are already on the road.

That is exactly what Super AutoHaul does for vehicle transport.

The difference between us and every other broker is what happens after we match you with a carrier. Most brokers post your car on a loadboard and whoever shows up, shows up. They check a driver once when they sign up and never again.

We verify every driver before every single shipment. CDL verification. Full Motor Vehicle Record pull. If a driver has accidents or violations, they do not touch your car. No other broker in the country does this. We also offer real-time GPS tracking so you can see exactly where your vehicle is at every moment, and Enhanced Protection coverage that goes far beyond standard carrier liability.

So yes, we are a broker. The best one in the country.

A carrier is the company that physically transports your vehicle on a truck. They own the equipment, employ the drivers, and move the car from point A to point B.

A broker is the company that coordinates the shipment. We find the right carrier for your route, negotiate the rate, handle the paperwork, and manage the process from pickup to delivery.

Think of it this way: when you book a flight, you often book through a platform that searches across multiple airlines to find the best option. The airline flies the plane. The platform connects you with the right flight. Auto transport works the same way.

Most customers never interact with the carrier directly. You work with us. We handle everything.

The key question is not whether a company is a broker or a carrier. It is what that company does to protect you. Most brokers do the bare minimum. We built technology that no other company has: driver verification before every pickup, real-time tracking, and comprehensive insurance options. That is what separates Super AutoHaul from everyone else.

Going directly to a carrier sounds simpler, but it rarely works in your favor. Here is why:

A single carrier runs specific routes. If they do not have a truck going from your city to your destination in the next week, you are out of luck. You would need to call dozens of carriers to find one with availability on your route at the right time.

A broker like Super AutoHaul has access to over 180,000 carriers nationwide. The moment you book, your shipment is visible to qualified carriers across the country. More competition means better pricing and faster pickup.

But here is the real difference: when you go to a carrier directly, you have no idea who is driving the truck. You are trusting their word. With us, every driver is verified before every shipment through CDL checks and Motor Vehicle Record pulls. We confirm their identity through facial recognition. We give you a 6-digit confirmation code for anti-fraud protection.

You also get real-time GPS tracking, milestone notifications, and the option to add Enhanced Protection coverage.

A carrier gives you a truck. We give you a truck, a verified driver, tracking, insurance options, and someone who answers the phone if anything goes sideways. That is the difference.

We built Super AutoHaul from the ground up as a technology company that moves cars. Not the other way around.

Every other broker in this industry operates the same way they did 20 years ago: post your car on a board, wait for someone to claim it, hope for the best. No verification. No tracking. No transparency.

Here is what we do differently:

  • Instant quotes in seconds, not 24 hours of waiting for someone to call you back
  • CDL verification and Motor Vehicle Record checks on every driver before every pickup, not just at onboarding. If a driver has accidents on their record, they do not pick up your vehicle. We are the only company in the United States that does this.
  • Real-time GPS tracking with a physical tracker on your vehicle so you see exactly where your car is
  • Facial recognition identity verification on every driver at every pickup
  • 6-digit pickup confirmation codes so only the verified driver can take your car
  • Enhanced Protection coverage through our insurance partner that covers theft, damage, and more
  • Full payment transparency with no hidden fees
  • Over 180,000 carriers nationwide for faster matching and better pricing

We are not trying to be another broker. We are building the standard that every broker should have been held to from the beginning.

The GPS tracker is an optional add-on you can select during ordering.

How it works:

  1. We ship the small, magnetic tracker to you before pickup
  2. Attach it to your vehicle in seconds
  3. After pickup, you receive a text with a live tracking link

What you see on the tracking page:

  • Your vehicle's real-time location on a live map
  • Speed, direction, and route
  • Estimated arrival time

The route and ETA update automatically if the driver:

  • Encounters road construction
  • Needs to take a detour
  • Stops to pick up another vehicle along the way

These are the two background checks we perform on every driver before every pickup:

  • CDL Verification — Confirms the driver holds a valid Commercial Driver's License
  • MVR Pull (Motor Vehicle Record) — Reviews the driver's complete driving history, including accidents, violations, and suspensions

Key points:

  • We perform both checks before every single pickup, not just at onboarding
  • If a driver's record shows accidents or safety concerns, they cannot pick up your vehicle
  • This level of verification is unique to Super AutoHaul
  • It is not standard practice in the auto transport industry

Before every pickup, the assigned driver must complete our three-step identity verification:

  1. Government ID scan — The driver scans their official government-issued identification
  2. Live selfie — The driver takes a real-time photo
  3. Facial recognition match — Our system confirms the selfie matches the ID

This process:

  • Prevents fraud and impersonation
  • Ensures the person picking up your vehicle is the authorized, verified driver
  • Is combined with CDL verification and MVR checks for complete safety
  • Gives you confidence that your vehicle is in safe hands

Our platform connects to over 180,000 carriers nationwide through our automated marketplace.

What this means for you:

  • Your order is immediately visible to qualified carriers across the country
  • Faster carrier assignment
  • More competitive pricing
  • Better coverage for routes across all 48 continental states
  • No waiting for a dispatcher to make phone calls — it's all automated
